Facilities
In order for
R.N. Wooler and Company to function successfully, we own and maintain a
number of key facilities which are fundamental to our competitive
advantage over our competitors.
Offices and Builder's Yard
Located at our headquarters are our purpose built offices,
parking and builder's yard. Originally constructed in 1993, extended in
1997 and again in 2007, our headquarters offer the perfect environment
for the running of a multi-million pound construction company.
Due to our continued expansion, a further builder's yard with ancillary
buildings was added to our property portfolio and is used for bulk
storage.
Specialist Joinery Workshop
Occupying over 8000 square feet of our headquarters in Keighley, our
well equipped joinery workshop employs up to 20 highly skilled craftsmen
who can turn their hand to every kind of bespoke joinery work, from the
simplest of tasks to the complexities of individually designed and
fitted bars, back bars, screens, counters or heritage items such as oak
king post trusses and braced doors.
The joinery
workshop allows us flexibility both in terms of design and speed of
procurement to ensure that our clients have the best quality, designed
to their exact requirements and in the timescale allocated.
Small Tool, Plant Stores and Vehicle Fleet
We own a large and comprehensive range of plant and tools, all
for sole use on our projects. These items are managed and maintained by
a team of trained mechanics to ensure safe and reliable operation.
From cut-off saws and mixers to tracked excavators and telehandlers, we
hold all the necessities for use when and where required.
Also wholly owned is our fleet of over 60 company vehicles, including
company cars, transit vans and pick-ups, mini buses and a company wagon.
