Holiday Inn Express (Leeds)
The project brief was to completely refurbish the 75 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Leeds. This included all 75 bedrooms inclusive of their ensuite bathroom facilities. Several of the rooms were fully refitted for use by the hotels disabled clients.

The new build construction of a grand
family house, in the heart of the Lancashire countryside,
blending modern design with traditional styling, featuring
many bespoke features, an internal swimming pool and sauna,
and extensive grounds.

Hopwood House
Following extensive demolition of the
existing property, the house was rebuilt
and extended, including the construction
of a subterranean cinema, gym and sound studio.
The surrounding grounds were lavishly landscaped with water

A big period property refurbished
Work began on this 17th century listed property (reputably
one of the oldest in the village) in 2002, to restore the
then dilapidated and partially ruined building to
it's former glory - and in the process create three, five
bedroom dwellings.

The Gala Bingo, Hull
The scheme entailed a fit-out of a newly constructed unit
into a Gala Bingo hall, incorporating an auditorium, cafe,
and bar. A new bespoke and branded shop front was
manufactured and installed and a mezzanine floor area was

The Lord Rodney
