Dr Oetker Cold Store Extension

The project comprised of the demolition of a smaller garage building and the construction of a new 3 chamber chilled & frozen store (- 26 degrees) extension and associated offices over a larger area than that demolished, this necessitated the rerouting of a surface water sewer around the perimeter of the planned new building, working adjacent to live electrical and gas services. The new freezer & chilled storage chambers have a total capacity for static and ‘Movirack’ racking for 1783 pallets of raw materials.
