The project brief was to completely refurbish the 75 bedroom Holiday Inn  Express Hotel in Leeds.

This included all 75 bedrooms inclusive of their en-suite bathroom facilities. Several of the rooms were fully refitted for use by the hotel’s disabled clients. In addition, all the communal areas throughout the hotel inclusive of the breakfast restaurant, kitchens and reception atrium where improved up to a modern welcoming airy finishes.
