The scheme required the demolition of the existing church, followed by the reconstruction of a new church and community centre, utilising the existing stone and slate, including the renovation of the church house and construction of 5 new build and 2 converted residential dwellings.
The project was completed 4 weeks earlier than originally anticipated, despite an
inclement winter.
