R N Wooler undertook this negotiated project in 2020 for one of our esteemed clients, Myers Group. This project was a JCT Design & Build Contract and comprised the following:
- Demolition of existing shed building
- Construction of new 987 sqm warehouse extension to existing building
- Internal fit out with alterations to create new showroom and retail counter
