Alteration Works to a Grade II Listed 4 Star Luxury Hotel Building situated in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

Works on site were undertaken over two phases and required the re-ordering of parts of the ground floor for the creation of a hotel bar and the re-location of the existing administration room functions to the attic space on the fourth floor.

Special care was taken to preserve the mosaic floor discovered under the existing lounge floor covering and to ensure the stained glass windows and all historic fixtures and fittings were protected prior to works commencing on site and during the project.
