The project was split into two phases, running alongside each other. The 1st phase was for the new build construction of a hotel, comprising of 52 bedrooms with private bathroom facilities, communal areas, reception and back of house facilities.
The 2nd phase was for the new build construction of “The Glover Arms” a standalone public house, located adjacent to the hotel.
The scheme included both hard and soft landscaping, access roads and extensive
customer car parking to both premises.
